Standard Tooling Rail Option The 440mm tooling rail allows for the the balance of space in the grind zone while still allowing for the lower three station wheel changer. Three Station Wheel Changer Arrangement Basic three station wheel changer arrangement gives three lower locations at the end of the standard tooling rail. An optional 4th station could be mounted in the configuration on the backside of the headstock. In Process Truing 1,000 to 12,000 RPM servo drive controlled grinding wheel dresser. Allows for in process truing of wheel shapes and forms. Tailstock for Automated Tool Support Tailstock slides away from the tool, then flips down to allow for automated unloading and reloading of the next workpiece blank. Three Wheel Changer Locations Three station wheel changer arrangement gives two lower locations on either side of the tooling rail with the third on the backside of the headstock.
